Return Policy

Shipping:

Domestic Orders - We offer Free Two-Day Shipping on all orders within the US via Fedex. All packages are fully insured. 

International Orders -We ship worldwide, please select a shipping method at check out. We are not responsible for duties and taxes when shipping to international addresses. 

 

Returns:

You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received in. Your item must be in the original packaging and needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once items that are returned are received by KAPES, a store credit/refund will be issued. There will be a 10% return/restocking fee.

The above policy refers to Online Purchases, where items were not previously viewed in person or tried on in-store or at a trunk show.

-Custom Orders are not eligible for returns.  

-Items purchased at Trunk Shows or in-store are not eligible for return, except in limited cases to be determined at point of sale.
